I use a motorised wheelchair & I have had to go to Coles in my chair every day this week to shop for my family of four. I would not have coped without the help of the staff & other customers, from reaching things on high shelves for me, unloading at the checkout & packing the bags so they can hang on the arms on the chair for the ride home. Everyone has been polite , friendly & helpful. Thank You Coles Bracken Ridge.
